The brand
100% French designer jewelry
Monsieur Simone is above all a journey, drawing inspiration from the silhouettes treading the cobbled streets of Paris, strolling through the Tropezian markets, delighting in the fragrances of the Normandy flower fields, basking on the warm sand of the beaches by the seas of azure…
Fashion, art, poetry & nature are the primary inspirations of the designer, Laura, who plays with these codes to create fine, colorful, singular and feminine jewelry.
The Monsieur Simone brand was born in 2012 in Paris and has since imagined, throughout the seasons, pieces designed in limited series: rings, bracelets, necklaces, long necklaces, earrings, barrettes & brooches, all produced and made by hand in our Parisian workshop.
Monsieur Simone is 100% Made in France, 100% Made with Love ♡
Find out who is behind Monsieur Simone jewelry
Her first name is Laura (and not Simone!), a Parisian fashion fan, a cool entrepreneur, a curious globetrotter who constantly feeds her imagination with sensations, atmospheres & colors throughout her adventures, in France and around the world.
After three years spent studying fashion design and pattern making at the ESMOD Paris school, Laura obtained a Communications Director diploma from EFAP and a Bachelor of Communication Arts from the New York Institute of Technology.
His year spent in New York, in the heart of Manhattan, allowed him to explore a cosmopolitan universe that brings together different cultures and traditions. She worked with the head guinea fowl, Layla Demay, during the writing of the book “Guinea fowl go to the pan”, and she discovered the New York culinary world by meeting the “Celebrity Chefs”.
Back in Paris, after various positions as press officer in agencies in the world of gastronomy, Laura felt a desire for independence and a desire to return to her first love: creation. Quite naturally, she created her jewelry brand Monsieur Simone in January 2012, and has since drawn inspiration from her numerous travels to imagine new collections each season.
