THE MARK OF CRAFTSMANSHIP
In Paris, I collaborate with a house specializing in the production of dies since 1840. A rare expertise, where metal takes shape under the pressure of tools crafted with remarkable precision.
This is where some of Monsieur Simone's iconic flowers and pieces are born.
PRECISION
AN EYE FOR DETAIL
A clasp, a ring, an earring post… These almost invisible details nevertheless require great precision.
Soldering brings together the different elements of a piece and gives it its final shape before the finishing stages.
FINE GOLD
THE FINAL TOUCH
The pieces are then entrusted to our Parisian gilder. Plunged into different baths, they receive their plating in recycled 24-karat fine gold, RJC-CoC certified.
An essential step that reveals the brilliance of the reliefs and enhances every detail.
MATERIALS
BRASS
A metal containing 40% recycled material, chosen for its strength and its ability to bring delicate and more striking designs to life.
24-KARAT GOLD
A fine recycled gold plating, RJC-CoC certified, applied by our Parisian master gilder.
925 SILVER
Used notably for the posts and clasps of our earrings, to prioritize comfort and limit the risk of allergies.

Back in the workshop, each element is assembled by hand. The chains, clasps, flowers and details come together to give birth to the envisioned piece of jewelry.
This is the step I particularly love: the one where an idea finally becomes a piece that can be worn.

The story
The story of Monsieur Simone began in 2012 with the desire to create jewelry combining heritage, Parisian artisanal know-how and inspirations gleaned from travels, to enhance each personality with poetry and character.

Laura, founder of Monsieur Simone, is a passionate designer who draws her inspiration from family heritage, travel and artisanal know-how to bring to life jewelry that combines poetry and character.
